Advocate Bianca Wanu advises men on not kneeling down to propose to a lady in public
Bianca Wamu, a social activist located in the UK, has questioned men’s choice to propose to their wife in public.
She said that making a public proposition and kneeling down during a prayer are both improper.
The only time a man should kneel is when he is surrendering to God, according to Bianca, thus when a man does so to beg for his woman’s hand, it is improper.
Additionally, the woman claimed that doing it in public is as harmful because it puts pressure on her to accept his proposal.
Taking to Twitter, Wamu wrote; “Men, why do you have to KNEEL down in PUBLIC in the name of PROPOSING to a WOMAN? As if that’s not enough, you’re forcing her to say YES! Save yourself from this embarrassing moments.
The only time you should kneel down is when surrendering your problems to God!”
