Following a storming of the financial institution to submit complaints over exorbitant SMS rates, a group of customers of a well-known bank is said to have been imprisoned inside a banking hall.
It was gathered that they marched into a branch of the bank in Ilorin, Kwara state, and screamed vehemently about how the bank has been charging them for SMS since 2016, and that the charges had risen to enormous sums of money in the process.
According to reports, several of the clients began recording the bank personnel after the bank stated that it could not be done anything to reverse the money.
The bank manager allegedly instructed the security to keep them in the building because he was concerned about what they may do with the film if they were allowed to leave.
