Chelsea Coach, Thomas Tuchel gives updates on Kovacic and Rudiger [see details]

Prior to the London Derby, Thomas Tuchel, the manager of Chelsea Football Club, provided an update on Antonio Rudiger and Matteo Kovacic.

Tuchel was addressing at a press conference prior to West Ham United’s match. Both players have been ruled out of the encounter at Stamford Bridge on Sunday, April 23rd, 2022, according to the German.

On Sunday, April 17th, 2022, Kovacic was substituted in the first half of the Semi-final match against Crystal Palace at Wembley Stadium, while Rudiger was unable to play against Arsenal on Wednesday, April 20th, 2022.

Chelsea allowed three goals against Arsenal, and many fans believe that the German’s absence was one of the reasons for the Blues’ loss in the London Derby.
