Manchester United supporters are apparently planning another protest in the last game of the season at Old Trafford.
On Monday, May 2nd, 2022, the news was announced on Sky Sports News’ official Twitter account. According to rumours, supporters of the Red Devils will organize a demonstration outside the stadium before the game and walk out 17 minutes before the game ends.
Since Sir Alex Ferguson’s departure in 2013, the Glazers family has not been popular among supporters. Manchester United have not experienced the same supremacy as they did under the Scotsman; in the last seven years, they have had at least five managers, none of whom have given them their heart’s desire.
United are currently sixth in the Premier League table with 55 points after 35 games. To finish in the top four, United must win their remaining three games and hope that both Spurs and Arsenal lose all of their games.
