Apparently, pupils taking the National Examination Council Exam (NECO) at a school in Delta State were forced to do the paper at night, according to newly released reports.
The question and answer sheets, which were expected to be accessible by 10am, reportedly arrived at around 5pm.
Unfortunately, because of the power loss, the students had to complete their examinations using candles, which Nigerians condemned.
In a social media video that has gone viral, candles are set on various student desks in each row.
