Obi Cubana gifts Singer Portable 3 million naira to supports his music career
Obi Cubana, a well-known Nigerian businessman, has generated a lot of discussion after giving controversial singer Portable in Nigeria N3 million to advance his music career.
Through the insta-stories portion of his official Instagram profile, Portable, who previously criticized video director TG Omori for charging him $50,000 (22.6M) for a music video shoot, announced this today, January 20th, 2023.
The “Zazoo Zeh” hitmaker posts a screenshot of a WhatsApp chat he had with businessman and millionaire Obi Cubana, in which the latter offered to transfer the musician N3M without any hesitation.
This comes after Obi Cubana gave six large cows to Tunde Ednut’s supporters in Abuja in celebration of his 37th birthday.
Obi Cubana asks Portable in a WhatsApp discussion if he should send N1M over the course of three days, or if he should hold off until Monday, January 23, 2023, when he will send the N3M once.
