Opay is recruiting for an Administrative officer

Responsible for administering and managing the general facility of OPay and the provision of support services to the organisation at large, relating to: management and maintenance of the organisation’s fixed assets, fleets maintenance, vendor/artisan management, general procurement, timely settlement of bills, stores and inventory management. Management of staff lunch, repairs and weekly report writing.

Manage and keep all Fixed Assets in check for the organization.

Handle procurements and printing of stationeries for the office and provisions for the official residence and general procurement for the organization.

Manage staff lunch booking and distribution

Supervise all office inventories and ensure regular printing of utilities upon reaching their re-order level.

Fumigate the premises, manage cleaners and their agencies monitor and prompt settlement of utility bills.

Ensure the provision of essential support services to the Head office and the branches.

Attend to departmental requests, supervise the site vendors and monitor the performance of photocopiers, printers, laptops amongst others.

Monitor the activities of the Security Guards in the office premises.

Ensure strict compliance of quality of services rendered by vendor in line with specifications and expectations.

Manage all requisition processes

Report writing

Any other functions as assigned by Management/Supervisor

Job Specification/Qualification:

Education Qualification:

Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or Higher National Diploma

Experience:

Minimum of 1 – 2 years post-graduation experience
