“She no longer prepares my favorite meals” ~ Man reveals why she divorced his wife to marry their housemaid

After seven years of marriage, a Kenyan man requested a divorce from his wife so that he could legally wed his housekeeper.

He went to a Kisumu court to request the dissolution of his union, which had produced two children.

However, the wife attempted to make amends by filing a countersuit and bringing her husband before the court.

According to the wife, she has always loved and cherished her husband with all of her heart, so when she found out that he was capable of treating her in such a way, she was shocked.

The husband said that he had already made up his mind and that nothing would change it when he was questioned in court to answer his wife’s charges.

He claimed he was tired of the relationship and lamented his wife’s extreme laziness and refusal to help around the house. He said he had complained about this to various elders on numerous occasions, and they had tried to work things out by calling each other, but to no avail.

He claims that the maid has been in charge of handling every duty, including putting together meals for the household.

He went on to claim that the wife only instructs the maid in household duties while she is on her phone or watching television.

On the weekends when she doesn’t have to work, the husband asserted that the wife would take care of all the household duties, including cooking for the maid.

She no longer prepares my favorite meals the way she used to when we first got married,” he told the court.

The court was forced to dissolve the marriage after hearing from both sides and realizing that they could not agree to be together.
