Tinubu Appoints Delu Yakubu as Pioneer National Coordinator of NSIPA
In anticipation of Senate confirmation, President Bola Tinubu has given his blessing to Mrs. Delu Bulus Yakubu’s nomination as the first National Coordinator/Chief Executive Officer of the National Social Investment Programmes Agency (NSIPA).
This information was released in a statement on Thursday by Ajuri Ngelale, the president’s special adviser on media and publicity.
In his desire to carry out the Renewed Hope objective of his administration, Tinubu charged the new appointment with bringing the greatest level of effectiveness, transparency, and high-quality service delivery to NSIPA.
On May 22, 2023, President 2023 signed into law the National Social Investment Programmes Agency (NSIPA) (Establishment) Act.
The State University of Bio-Technology in Kharkiv, Ukraine, awarded Mrs. Yakubu a Master’s degree in agronomy. She has managed Social Investment Programs for more than 15 years.
Ending poverty is one of Tinubu’s administration’s Eight Points.
Dr. Betta Edu, Nigeria’s Minister of Humanitarian Affairs and Poverty Alleviation, pledged to help 133 million people out of poverty.
