Wizkid reportedly loses N99.5million ring to his fans at his concert in UK (Video)
At his recently finished show in the UK, Grammy-winning Nigerian musician Ayodeji Balogun, aka Wizkid, misplaced one of his pricey rings.
At his sold-out performance at Tottenham Stadium in London, UK, on Saturday night, the singer is said to have thrown his pricey ring while attempting to throw his jacket into the audience.
Popular British-Nigerian podcaster Adesope Olajide revealed this during an Instagram live session. The price of the ring is £100,000 (about N85 million).
The podcaster regretted leaving the front row when the ring dropped, pointing out that he had previously caught the rings of Zlatan Ibile and Diamond Platnumz at their concerts.
Added Adesope:
Why did I leave that front [row at Wizkid’s show] when that ring was about to fall? Ah! I have caught Zlatan and Diamond Platnumz’s rings before. These are thousands of pounds and dollars.
“Obviously, the Wiz ring, that would have been the one. I’m honest. I could sell it for like £100k”.
