Youths laud Ooni’s leadership style

Youths on Friday converged at Ooduduwa Hall of the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife for the award-giving ceremony where the Ooni of Ile-Ife, Oba Enitan Ogunwusi, Ojaja II honored 100 Nigerian youths across the country who have distinguished themselves in their professions. The King found them worthy to be conferred with such honour to motivate other youths to be more focused and determined to reach the pick of their careers. The program, Royal African Young Leadership Forum which had in attendance eminent personality including the Ambassador of United Arab Emirates to Nigeria, Ambassador Dr. Fahad AlTaffaq and the Minister of Youths and Sports, Sunday Dare amidst others, they were present to celebrate the exceptional Nigerian youths.

With globalization and the era of the digital economy we are, the youths are integral in bringing desirable development that is sustainable for future generations to benefit from. Oba Enitan Ogunwusi since his inauguration as the 51st Ooni of Ife has broght good fortune to Ile-Ife and it’s environ with more companies being established in Ile-Ife having known there is a peaceful coexistence with the neighbouring Oyo people of Modakeke. Youths from all works of life have applauded the effort of Ooni Ogunwusi urging other traditional rulers to emulate him.
